Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains how proxdigital.pl processes the personal data of people who use the contact form, and how we use browser local storage. It has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide voluntarily:
- your name,
- your email address,
- the content of your message.
In addition, for the technical operation of the server, the hosting provider may automatically record technical data (e.g. IP address, access logs) necessary to ensure the security and correct functioning of the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your enquiry and replying to you — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Where an enquiry is aimed at entering into an agreement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
- Ensuring the security and correct operation of the website (technical logs) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data of people we approach with an offer (direct marketing)
If we contact a business with a proposal to work together (e.g. by preparing a personalized website preview), we process that person's publicly available professional data.
- Scope: business name, first and last name, business email address and phone number, and other data published by that person for professional purposes.
- Source of data: public sources — the person's website, public registers and professional profiles (fulfilment of the information obligation under Art. 14 GDPR).
- Purpose: presenting a non-binding proposal to work together (direct marketing).
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in conducting direct marketing towards businesses.
Materials we prepare (e.g. website previews) are not published and remain accessible only to the addressee. You may object to this processing or request erasure of your data at any time — we will then immediately stop processing and delete the materials. We keep this data no longer than justified by the marketing purpose, and at the latest until you object.
5. Retention period
Contact-form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, and afterwards until any related claims become time-barred. Technical data (logs) is retained in line with the hosting provider's policy.
6. Recipients of the data
Data may be shared with providers of hosting and email services (the provider of the server on which proxdigital.pl runs), acting as processors under data processing agreements. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to send an enquiry via the form and receive a reply. Your data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not use third-party tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). For this reason we do not display a cookie consent banner.
To improve usability, the website stores only your interface preferences in the browser's local storage:
prox-lang— the selected language (Polish / English),prox-theme— the selected theme (light / dark).
This data stays in your browser, is not sent to us or to any third party, and you can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings. The server may use essential technical/session cookies required for the website to function correctly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in response to technical or legal changes. The current version is always available at this address, with the effective date shown at the top of the document.
